If you played through the campaign or specific side missions, you know the absolute rush of a perfectly executed ambush inside a tight corridor.
The “Hallway Bomb Hack” became the quintessential Watch_Dogs power trip. You’d stand at the end of a long, narrow hallway, completely out of sight. As a squad of heavily armed Fixers or Chicago cops rushed down the corridor, you didn’t fire a single bullet. Instead, you tapped X on your Xbox controller to hack a wall-mounted junction box or a proximity IED you threw earlier.
The resulting chain-reaction explosion, accompanied by the screen-shaking camera and the sound of shattering glass, made you feel like an absolute tactical genius.
