The latest exciting announcement from the Forza Horizon 5 development team has racing fans eagerly anticipating the arrival of a brand-new multiplayer game mode set to debut in September 2024. Dubbed the “Hide and Seek” challenge, this innovative experience will let players take on one of two thrilling roles – that of the elusive “Hider” or the determined “Seeker.” As the Hider, the objective is to masterfully conceal your presence and movements, using the sprawling open world of Forza Horizon 5 as your cover, until you manage to reach a designated finish line destination without being detected. Meanwhile, the Seekers will employ all of their driving skills and keen senses to track down the hidden player, carefully monitoring their radar and environmental cues to fill up a meter and claim victory. This pulse-pounding cat-and-mouse chase promises to inject an extra layer of strategy, tension and unpredictability into Forza Horizon 5’s already diverse and engaging multiplayer suite. With the Hider employing creative hiding spots, evasive maneuvers and split-second decision making, and the Seekers relying on split-second reflexes, split-second decision making and dogged determination, each “Hide and Seek” match will be a true test of both driving prowess and mental fortitude.
